Valentine Reed-Johnson is a Registered Dietitian and a Certified Dietitian Nutritionist, who received her BS in Dietetics from the University of Delaware. Over the past 6 years, she has developed her clinical background by working in leading hospitals in the New York area. In her last role, she worked with an OB/GYN clinic at Mount Sinai hospital, specializing in high risk pregnancies, complicated by conditions such as gestational diabetes. Her private practice, Valentine Nutrition, is her pride and joy. An aspect of her company is working with corporations to promote employee and community health. With a new position as a Hospital Nutrition Business Manager for central Los Angeles at Mead Johnson, she is a well-rounded health expert, who brings leadership and creativity to this organization.
