What Changes Would You Like to See in Society to Promote a More Inclusive and Accepting Environment?

An investment in education and awareness is crucial. Educating the community would reduce disability stigma and discrimination. In educational settings, there should be mandatory courses or workshops forces on disability awareness, Ideally, this should be addressed early in the school years, Also, workshops and seminars on disability and the ADA act would be especially helpful. I experiences social bullying as a child and academic discrimination in graduate school. More knowledge and exposure would have helped with this. Ultimately, I believe inclusion is best represented and executed through government action. Please share what you think we could do for a more inclusive environment.
