When tech giant Microsoft announced, nearly three years ago, that it was starting a pilot program to hire autistic workers, the company received more than 700 resumes within a few weeks. This video, produced by CBS's Sunday Morning, describes the movement among large corporations to hire neurologically diverse employees, a movement which is allowing some highly-skilled people with autism to enter the workforce for the first time.
