Behind the scenes

How we plan

Every gathering gets the same care before anyone shows up. That way the day itself can just be about being together.

  • We scout venues ahead of time for accessible entry and seating.
  • We locate and confirm quiet rooms and rest spots with staff.
  • We keep groups small, with flexible itineraries and no need to rush.
  • We check the details ahead of time, so there are no surprises on the day.
